Data Access Lead - Hybrid

Our client is urgently looking for an experienced Data Access Lead. This is a project based role and you will act as a data access workstream lead, working alongside our clients transformation offices to enable the seamless access of data in line with compliance and regulation. As a highly skilled and experienced data lead, you will play a pivotal role in enabling insight-driven decision making through technology solutions across operations. Collaborating across entities and functions, you will guide the data access strategy in line with the agreed transformation roadmap, working with stakeholders to enable insight-driven solutions to maximise the value of our data.

**Data Access Lead - Key Skills**:
Experience of working with decentralised data approaches

Forward thinking, positive and action orientated

Ability to influence others & maintain effective working relationships across a wide group of stakeholders

Ability to understand complex organisational designs and structures

Comfortable working with pace and in a rapidly changing environment

Advanced Microsoft Office - proven experience creating highly visual, engaging content for a range of audiences

Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to evolving priorities and business needs

Demonstrated commitment to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of sensitive data, adhering to ethical guidelines and industry best practices.

Familiarity with big data platforms and cloud-based analytics solutions is advantageous and understanding of analytics tools & database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).

Ability to translate business objectives into analytical initiatives, with a focus on delivering measurable value. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges

Understanding of analytics tools and big data platform. Strong knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques to effectively communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
