Job Summary

At Topgolf, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Associate to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including routine inspections and maintenance tasks, inventory management, and meeting room setup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on facilities equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of facility supplies and materials to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Assist in setting up and arranging meeting rooms and workspaces to meet the needs of our employees and guests.
  • Conduct regular safety checks and report any hazards or issues to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Support facility security measures and access control to protect our assets and employees.
  • Respond to facility-related requests and inquiries from employees in a timely and professional manner.

Critical Skills and Experience Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of facility maintenance and repair procedures, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively, with a focus on maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing supplies and materials, including inventory tracking and ordering.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail in inspecting and maintaining facilities, with a focus on ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
