Key Responsibilities -- Meeting and exceeding performance targets.
- Guiding the team to achieve financial goals.
- Supporting the proactive sales team in pursuing new and existing client accounts.
- Building and nurturing relationships with key event planners.
- Assisting in the organization and execution of promotional events.
- Contributing to monthly and quarterly performance reports.
- Leading weekly revenue optimization discussions.
- Overseeing daily operations of meetings and events sales.
- Developing and managing marketing strategies for hotel meetings and events.
- Assisting in the formulation of annual budgets and strategic action plans.
- Leading the team by setting objectives, KPIs, and conducting performance reviews.
- Effectively managing third-party vendors to ensure prompt responses and high service standards.
- Driving local sales initiatives in collaboration with the business center teams.
- Demonstrating a successful track record in B2B MICE and Groups growth within the conference and meeting room sector.
- Exhibiting strong Customer Relationship Management capabilities.
- A degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in leading high-performance teams in the meetings and events industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Delphi.
