Job Title: R&D Technician

We are seeking a skilled R&D Technician to refine and enhance the surface quality of metal and optical components through various techniques such as polishing, buffing, grinding, and deburring.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform metal finishing operations to achieve desired surface quality and finish.
  • Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Maintain equipment, tools, and work area in a clean and organized manner.
  • Collaborate with other team members in R&D to meet production schedules and deadlines.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Metal Finisher or Surface Treatment or similar role.
  • Proficiency in precision mechanical fabrication techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and practices.
