About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Officer. As a key member of our housing service, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our tenants, leaseholders, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve service complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet and liaise with tenants, leaseholders, and other agencies to support the repair and void service
  • Ensure all enquiries are responded to within agreed timescales
  • Provide advice and information to customers as required
  • Organise and deliver training to promote good practice and service improvement

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and able to work effectively as part of a team. You will also need to be able to use your own initiative to resolve problems and make decisions.
