We are pleased to present a remarkable opportunity to join a leading music licensing organization that supports over 130,000 performers and recording rightsholders.
The Member Services Change Manager will oversee the execution of the Member Services Change Strategy, crafting effective change management approaches to facilitate the adoption of innovative processes and technologies within Member Services.
In this pivotal role, you will lead the execution of the Member Services Strategy, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and organizational objectives. You will be responsible for developing and implementing change management initiatives while collaborating closely with Quality and Training Managers to uphold standards and ensure staff proficiency in newly adopted technologies and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Steer the execution of the Member Services Change Strategy, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Create business cases for member service transformation projects, outlining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and expected benefits, while establishing a framework for benefit tracking to assess project outcomes effectively.
- Supervise Project Leads managing specific transformation projects, ensuring effective planning, execution, and alignment with strategic goals.
- Formulate and implement change management strategies to reduce resistance and enhance engagement, facilitating change across Member Services and promoting the adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Collaborate with the Continuous Improvement and Quality Assurance Manager to develop and implement quality assurance processes and standards for transformation initiatives.
- Partner with the Training Coordinator to design and deliver comprehensive training programs for staff, ensuring proficiency in new processes, technologies, and systems.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of transformation projects using key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing strategy refinement.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to advocate for and communicate the benefits of transformation initiatives, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and facilitating ongoing communication between team members and leadership.
- Identify and mitigate risks to project success, escalating significant issues to the Head of Member Services Change for resolution and decision-making, ensuring timely resolution to prevent project delays or disruptions.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in project management, change management, or a related field with a strong emphasis on process improvements.
- Robust project management skills are essential for overseeing complex transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with project and business change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Analytical mindset with a strong ability to leverage data in decision-making processes.
- Proficiency in managing organizational change while effectively communicating with stakeholders to gain buy-in and minimize resistance for smooth transitions.
- Ability to analyze member data and identify trends to leverage data-driven insights for informed decision-making.
- Capability to assess and implement new technologies to enhance service delivery.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PRINCE2), Change Management (e.g., Prosci), or similar are advantageous.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Confluence is a plus.
