Position Overview: The primary objective of the Business Banking Advisor is to ensure the successful execution of implementation projects while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. This role also involves contributing to the establishment of best practices within the team and providing mentorship to fellow consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute projects effectively while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Assist the Project Manager in various engagements, including Statement of Work (SOW) creation and project planning.
  • Act as the Lead Business Consultant for implementation projects across multiple functional areas.
  • Manage multiple client accounts concurrently, ensuring full chargeability.
  • Identify and pursue additional consulting opportunities at client sites.
  • Communicate relevant information to Managers, Professional Services Directors, or Account Managers as necessary.
  • Provide industry and functional expertise during discovery workshops, focusing on the design, configuration, testing, and production support of solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain close communication with the Project Manager regarding client inquiries and issues related to product solutions and configurations.
  • Lead workshops during the requirements and design phases of projects.
  • Serve as a mentor and role model for Business Consultants across various functional areas.
  • Collaborate with Managers to enhance and disseminate implementation best practices.
  • Present product solutions to both executive and user-level audiences.
  • Support the Project Manager in securing client approval for deliverables and milestones.
  • Engage in hands-on project implementation throughout all phases, reporting directly to the Project Manager.
  • Provide sales and presales support through estimation, document creation for RFP/RFI responses, and product demonstrations.
  • Assist Technical Consultants by offering business and functional guidance, as well as reviewing and validating scripted solutions.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in the Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) sector or similar project environments, preferably in a consulting capacity.
  • Expertise in Middle Office/Risk with over 5 years of specific experience in Endur Middle Office implementations.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or a related IT field, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a project team structure.
  • 8 to 10 years of direct experience in designing, configuring, and troubleshooting installations in client environments.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in multiple areas of product configuration and in various industry product sets.
