Position Overview: The primary objective of the Business Banking Advisor is to ensure the successful execution of implementation projects while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. This role also emphasizes the importance of sharing best practices within the team and guiding junior consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of projects, ensuring that client expectations are met.
- Assist the Project Manager with various responsibilities, including the creation of Statements of Work (SOW) and project planning.
- Act as the Lead Business Consultant for implementation projects across multiple functional areas.
- Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring full chargeability.
- Identify and pursue additional consulting opportunities at client sites.
- Provide necessary information to Managers and Account Managers as required.
- Offer industry and functional expertise during discovery workshops to tailor the Product solution to client needs.
- Maintain close communication with the Project Manager regarding client inquiries and issues related to the Product solution.
- Lead workshops and requirements gathering sessions during the project design phase.
- Serve as a mentor and role model for Business Consultants across various functional areas.
- Collaborate with Managers to enhance and disseminate implementation best practices.
- Present the Product solution to both executive and user-level audiences.
- Support the Project Manager in securing client approval for deliverables and milestones.
- Engage in hands-on project implementation throughout all phases, reporting directly to the Project Manager.
- Provide sales and presales support, including estimations and document preparation for proposals.
- Assist Technical Consultants by offering business and functional guidance, reviewing, testing, and validating scripted solutions.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in the Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) sector or similar project environments.
- Expertise in Middle Office/Risk with over 5 years of specific experience in Endur Middle Office implementations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or a related IT field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a project team structure.
- 8 to 10 years of direct experience in designing, configuring, and troubleshooting client installations.
- Demonstrated proficiency in multiple areas of Product configuration and industry-specific Product sets.
