Position Overview: The primary objective of the Business Banking Advisor is to ensure the successful execution of implementation projects while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. This role also involves contributing to the development of best practices within the team and providing mentorship to junior consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of projects, ensuring that client needs are met effectively.
- Assist the Project Manager with various tasks, including Statement of Work (SOW) creation and project planning.
- Act as the principal business consultant for implementation projects across multiple functional areas.
- Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring full chargeability.
- Identify and pursue additional consulting opportunities at client sites.
- Provide relevant information to management and other stakeholders as necessary.
- Offer industry expertise during discovery workshops, aiding in the design, configuration, testing, and support of product solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Maintain close communication with the Project Manager regarding client inquiries and product configuration issues.
- Serve as a mentor and role model for business consultants at various levels.
- Collaborate with management to enhance and disseminate implementation best practices.
- Present product solutions to both executive and user-level audiences.
- Support the Project Manager in securing client approval for deliverables and milestones.
- Engage in hands-on project implementation across all phases, reporting directly to the Project Manager.
- Provide sales and presales support through estimation, documentation for proposals, and demonstrations.
- Assist Technical Consultants by offering business and functional guidance, reviewing, testing, and validating scripted solutions.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in the Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) sector or similar project exposure.
- Expertise in Middle Office/Risk, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Endur Middle Office implementations.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or a related IT field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a project team structure.
- 8 to 10 years of direct experience in designing, configuring, and troubleshooting installations in client environments.
- Demonstrated proficiency in multiple areas of product configuration and in various industry product sets.
