About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail and Execution Coordinator to join our team at TerryWhite Chemmart. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the in-store experience for our customers across both our Nerang and Australia Fair Stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement visually captivating displays that enhance the shopping experience for our customers and drive sales.
  • Utilise customer feedback and sales data to enhance merchandising strategies and store performance.
  • Assist behind the back counter during busy periods and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with our Centralised Ordering Team and Store Leadership to drive business results.
Requirements
  • Previous pharmacy-focused stock and merchandising experience is ideal, but not mandatory.
  • Reliable, keen to learn, with a clear path for yourself in pharmacy.
  • Strong computing skills and experience with Minfos would be an advantage.
  • Ability to think creatively and come up with ideas to address any merchandising challenge.
  • Valid driver's license and safe and dependable transportation.
