Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement imaginative, fun, and motivational activities that cater to every interest and ability of our residents.
- Get to know our residents and their families to create tailored activity programs that maximize their wellbeing, independence, and social engagement.
- Work collaboratively with our care team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care and support.
- Organize and lead activities within the home and in the local community, promoting social engagement and community involvement.
