We are seeking a dedicated Activities and Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team at Athena Healthcare Group Ltd. This role is responsible for planning and organising activities that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to use initiative, and demonstrate good time management skills. A qualification with NAPA is preferred but not essential.

As an Activities and Wellbeing Coordinator, you will:

  • Ensure that all activities are engaging, motivating, and entertaining for our residents.
  • Implement principles of Personal Life Stories to create a tailored approach to daily activities.
  • Offer opportunities that reflect residents' past interests to increase their wellbeing and create new experiences.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with residents and help plan and organise groups and one-to-one sessions in response to identified interests and requests.

About You

The right candidate will be patient, kind, and understanding, a team player, passionate about helping others, reliable, and organised. They will also be creative and able to use initiative.
