Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Activities Coordinator to enhance the quality of life for our residents. The ideal candidate will possess a caring nature, enthusiasm, and exceptional organisational skills. Your primary responsibility will be to develop innovative ideas and coordinate a variety of social and recreational events, both within the facility and in the community.
In this role, you will engage with our residents to understand their interests and preferences, fostering excitement and ensuring the successful execution of these activities. You will also be responsible for planning and facilitating a diverse range of programs aimed at promoting the physical and mental health of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement engaging activities tailored to the needs of residents.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a supportive environment.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities and make necessary adjustments.
- Encourage resident participation and feedback to continuously improve offerings.
