  • Ensuring the secure handling, administration, and documentation of all medications and treatments in accordance with NMC guidelines.
  • Overseeing daily operations and supervising the team in the absence of the Home Manager or Clinical Lead.
  • Providing compassionate personal nursing care consistently to all residents.
