About the Role:

Croner-I is seeking ambitious graduates to join their sales team as a Business Sales Consultant. This is an entry-level business development opportunity that offers full training and the chance to develop a career in sales.

The Company:

Croner-I is a market leader in information services, specializing in HR, Tax, and Accounting, and Health and Safety. They are a fast-growing company with a strong focus on employee development and career progression.

The Role:

As a Business Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for speaking with potential customers and upselling their HR-Inform package. This is a comprehensive online service that provides 24/7 access to HR information and is used by 300,000 CIPD members worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect potential customers to set up discovery demos
  • Work closely with senior sales colleagues to develop skills and confidence
  • Develop relationships with more senior sales colleagues to gain an understanding of the potential next step in your career
  • Graduate from the Sales Training Academy
  • Eligible for promotions and pay rises after 18 months
