Key Responsibilities

As an Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Facilitating communication between healthcare professionals, patients, and families.
  • Supporting the onboarding and training of new staff members.
  • Contributing to the development of efficient administrative processes.

  • Providing cover for administrative duties during peak times, including evenings and weekends.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership qualities and a commitment to providing exceptional support to our healthcare teams. You should be adept at problem-solving and managing multiple tasks effectively.

A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required for this role.
