Candidates must be prepared to work flexible hours, including day and night shifts, as required by the operational needs of the service. Our organization operates 7 days a week, encompassing weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will assist the Clinical Team Leader in organizing and delivering administrative support in accordance with our healthcare strategy. Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating assessments for new and complex cases
  • Facilitating comprehensive reviews of patient care in various settings
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
  • Mentoring new staff and students in their professional development
  • Fostering team growth through effective leadership
  • Managing staffing schedules and clinical assignments
  • Ensuring clear communication with clinical staff, patients, and their families
  • Providing administrative support during weekends, evenings, and holidays on a rotational basis
  • Demonstrating flexibility in working hours as required by service demands

The ideal candidate will exhibit strong leadership qualities and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to challenging situations are essential, along with efficient resource management to ensure safe and effective care delivery.

A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required for this position.
