Job Title: Healthcare Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Apollo Home Healthcare Ltd. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our service users in their own homes.

About the Role:

This is a rewarding opportunity for a motivated and compassionate individual to make a positive impact on the lives of our service users. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care, repositioning, clinical observations, and attending to medical requirements to ensure a peaceful night's rest.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing personal care and support to service users
  • Repositioning and moving and handling service users
  • Conducting clinical observations and reporting any changes or concerns
  • Administering medication and attending to medical requirements
  • Building positive relationships with service users and their families
Requirements:
  • 3 months' previous care experience
  • Medication Administration
  • Personal Care
  • Moving and Handling
Desirable Skills:
  • Epilepsy Management
  • Mic-Key Button care
Working Hours:

Part Time Nights: 2-3 shifts per week

Sunday - Wednesday

10:00pm - 8:00am

Pay Rates:

Weeknights: £13.50 per hour (£135 approx. per 10-hour shift)

Sundays: £14.50 per hour (£145 approx. per 10-hour shift)

Bank Holiday: £15.00 per hour (£150 approx. per 10-hour shift)
