Senior Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our clients' busy team in Staines. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day sales activities and processes, deputising for the Branch Manager, and assisting with morning and monthly meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of salespeople and oversee sales processes
  • Assist with morning and monthly meetings to drive sales performance
  • Successfully list a targeted number of properties and advise vendors on selling their homes for the best price and with excellent service
  • Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Branch Manager or Sales Manager
  • Fantastic record of turning valuations into listings and sales
  • Drive and determination to achieve sales targets
  • Genuine interest in customer service and helping customers find their dream role
  • Great work ethic and ability to work under pressure
  • Full clean UK driving license
  • Excellent customer service skills
