About the Role:

Creative Support is seeking a highly committed and professional Registered Service Manager to lead the operational management of a specialist supported living service. The service supports individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism who have complex needs, including mental health needs and challenging behaviors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the service meets the highest quality standards, meeting all CQC requirements and contract expectations.
  • Lead a cohesive and coordinated team to deliver personalized care and support to service users.
  • Develop and implement effective risk management and behavior support strategies.
  • Recruit, manage, and deploy staff to meet the needs of service users.
  • Ensure continuous, reliable, and consistent service delivery.
  • Manage performance, compliance, and contract requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer care to all stakeholders.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team.

Requirements:

  • At least three years of experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism who have complex needs.
  • At least two years of supervisory/management experience.
  • Relevant experience in implementing Positive Behavioral Support (PBS) and positive risk management approaches.
  • Excellent assessment, support planning, and report writing skills.
  • Good knowledge of CQC requirements and care standards.
  • Good knowledge of PBS principles and strategies, legal frameworks, and their application in a supported living setting.
