About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cloud Adoption and Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team at AWS EMEA SARL (UK Branch). As a SMB Territory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating cloud adoption and enabling digital transformation among small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support SMB customers within a defined territory, having single-threaded ownership of the territory.
  • Drive adoption of new AWS services, always working backwards from the customer problem.
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders across the entire customer organization, including C-suite engagement.
  • Work with the AWS partner community to ensure strong partner alignment to support your customers.
  • Work with the supporting functions in AWS, including specialist sales and technical teams, to support customer requirements.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of high-tech business development experience.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding business-established goals.
  • Professional, ambitious, determined, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, self-starter who can work alone and in a collaborative manner to achieve team goals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in high technology or B2B space.
  • Experience selling cloud solutions.
  • Experience selling to customers within the Financial Services industry.
