Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing, managing, and executing administrative, financial, and commercial functions for the local office. You will be in charge of the office operations and related tasks, including supervising a small team of 2-3 office personnel. Furthermore, you will support the Managing Director in daily operations, ensuring seamless and effective workflow.

Are you the ideal candidate?

  • We are looking for someone with several years of experience in an office setting, though recent graduates with 5 years of relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • A quick learner with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent IT skills are essential (minimum proficiency in Windows and Office programs; knowledge of Sage 50 is a plus).

What will your responsibilities entail?

  • Assisting and managing a small team with daily operations, including customer orders and invoicing.
  • Overseeing customer accounts, commercial agreements, and financial transactions.
  • Supporting the Managing Director in daily tasks, including regular communication with Group Headquarters.
  • Coordinating sales forecasting activities and updating sales turnover regularly in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Ensuring proper utilization of the CRM system.
  • Preparing documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations.
  • Managing incoming emails and correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director.
  • Arranging travel and accommodations for staff and visitors.
  • Engaging with clients, suppliers, and other team members.
  • Performing additional duties as required.
