About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior or Principal Consultant to join our team at Next Step Talent. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of recruitment in the Renewables sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and top-tier delivery in the Renewables sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional service and expertise.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, leveraging industry connections and market knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the hiring manager to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business success.

About You

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual with a strong background in recruitment, preferably in the Renewables sector. You will bring a unique blend of skills, experience, and personality to the role, including:

  • Proven track record of success in recruitment, with a strong understanding of the Renewables sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute effective business strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and results-driven approach.
