We are looking for an IT Asset Coordinator to become a vital part of our growing team. Reporting directly to our Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for providing first and second line support to Forseven colleagues, contributing to the enhancement and development of our IT services.

This essential role will function in a hybrid model from our offices. The successful candidate will collaborate with some of the most visionary professionals in the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a precise inventory of all IT assets, encompassing both hardware and software.
  • Oversee the acquisition, deployment, and lifecycle management of IT assets.
  • Manage software licenses and subscriptions, ensuring adherence to vendor agreements.
  • Monitor and enhance IT asset utilization, identifying potential cost-saving opportunities.
  • Establish and enforce policies and procedures for effective asset and license management.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement, renewals, and support services.
  • Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of asset records and compliance with licensing agreements.
  • Provide detailed reports on asset status, usage, and compliance to senior management.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to support IT infrastructure and operations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in IT asset and license management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in IT asset management, software licensing, mobile device management, and subscription oversight.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in IT asset management software and tools; familiarity with ServiceNow is advantageous.
  • Understanding of software licensing agreements and compliance requirements.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Certification in IT Asset Management or ITIL is a plus.
