Core Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a precise and comprehensive inventory of all IT resources, encompassing both hardware and software.
  • Supervise the acquisition, deployment, and lifecycle management of IT resources.
  • Monitor and manage software licenses and subscriptions, guaranteeing compliance with vendor contracts.
  • Evaluate and enhance IT resource utilization, pinpointing potential cost-saving opportunities.
  • Formulate and enforce policies and procedures for efficient asset and license oversight.
  • Engage with vendors and suppliers for procurement, renewals, and support services.
  • Conduct regular assessments to verify the accuracy of asset records and adherence to licensing agreements.
  • Generate routine reports on asset status, usage, and compliance for senior management review.
  • Collaborate with fellow IT team members to bolster IT infrastructure and operations.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and best practices in IT asset and license coordination.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in IT asset management, software licensing, mobile device oversight, and subscription management.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in utilizing IT asset management software and tools; familiarity with ServiceNow is advantageous.
  • Understanding of software licensing agreements and compliance obligations.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Certification in IT Asset Management or ITIL is considered a plus.
