THE ROLE:

  • Making calls/requests to and dealing with mortgage/life companies
  • Answering and dealing with incoming telephone calls.
  • Making outgoing telephone calls.
  • Making calls/requests to and dealing with pension, investment and insurance companies.
  • Supporting our Mortgage Capacity Experts and Trustee Accounts Specialists.
  • Administering Group Scheme Policy Renewals.
  • General office admin duties.
  • Greeting visitors at our office.

Many of the team joined in entry-level positions and progressed their careers into management, paraplanning and advising.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous financial services experience is preferred
  • Minimum education in Maths and English GCSE grade C and above (or equivalent).
  • Good working knowledge of Word and Excel.

SALARY & BENEFITS:

  • Basic salary of 23,000-25,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with tenure.
