By Terry, a luxury beauty brand, is seeking a highly skilled Social Media & Content Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and community growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy: Plan, create, and execute a cohesive social media strategy that aligns with our brand's overall marketing goals.
- Content Creation and Curation: Develop high-quality content for social media, including visual assets, copywriting, and community engagement.
- Community Management: Foster and grow our online community by responding to comments, engaging with followers, and creating engaging content.
- Paid Partnerships and Influencer Management: Manage paid partnerships with social media influencers and platforms to increase brand awareness and reach.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance using key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- 3+ Years of Experience: Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies in a luxury beauty brand or similar industry.
- French Language Proficiency: Strong command of the French language, both written and spoken.
- Expertise in Social Media Platforms: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and others.
- Strong Analytics and Reporting Skills: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret social media data to inform strategy and optimize performance.
- Creative and Copywriting Skills: Excellent copywriting and creative skills, with the ability to develop engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
- Team Player: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
