We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Community Host to join our team at Vivify Venues. As a Community Host, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for our hirers and their groups, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the high standards of our school facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver a world-class experience for our hirers, ensuring all customers receive a positive and memorable experience.
- Assist hirers with setting up facilities for lettings and other school-related events, from setting up a badminton net to switching on the floodlights.
- Undertake light cleaning duties to ensure the school's premises are always left as found.
- Ensure the security and safety of our school, including unlocking gates and doors, and locking them securely at the end of the shift.
- Complete all health and safety checks and report any hazards or faulty equipment via our company platform.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
