About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our Me Time team as a Facilitator. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting people with a learning disability to develop skills and confidence, expand their networks, and be fully included in their local community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute actively to the Me Time team by providing ideas and solutions to improve individual and team performance.
  • Ensure person-centred plans are in place, with individuals fully involved in the planning and review process.
  • Be creative, dynamic, and adaptable in responding to challenging scenarios.
  • Complete paperwork requirements in a timely manner and maintain high-quality reporting and recording.
  • Communicate with dignity and respect, building rapport with individuals and the wider community.
  • Enable individuals to make decisions and choices, accessing new opportunities in line with their desired lifestyle.
