About the Role
We are recruiting for a Me Time Facilitator to join our team in Suffolk. As a Facilitator, you will be a valued colleague in the Me Time Team, providing support to individuals with a learning disability to develop skills and confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of person-centred plans, ensuring individuals are fully involved in the planning and review process.
- Be creative and adaptable in responding to the needs of individuals, including those with challenging behaviors.
- Communicate with dignity and respect, building rapport with individuals and their families.
- Work in a way that enables individuals to make decisions and choices, accessing new opportunities in line with their desired lifestyle.
