As a Healthy Communities Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring that our Healthy Community project/programme runs smoothly and meets its objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that the project/programme is implemented in line with best practice and meets mutually agreed KPIs
  • Communicating effectively with the team to ensure they understand the scope of the project/programme, including funding, KPIs, outputs, and outcomes
  • Completing administrative tasks related to the project/programme
  • Engaging with key health and wellbeing partner groups to drive collaboration opportunities

We're looking for someone with experience in managing data and communicating with a range of audiences. You should also have qualifications or experience related to the specific project/programme to be managed. If you're passionate about improving the health of local communities and have a good understanding of the local sports and health landscape, we'd love to hear from you.
