Your Role as Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Store Manager and stepping in during their absence. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and maximize revenue opportunities through effective leadership of our Bridal Sales Consultants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mentor and develop your team to achieve success.
  • Lead by example to consistently deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the brand's professional image.
  • Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and banking.
  • Oversee payroll processes and address any related inquiries.
  • Conduct stocktakes and implement measures to prevent inventory loss.
  • Welcome brides and their guests, providing front-of-house support.
  • Collaborate with the store network and Customer Care Team to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain proficiency in all store processes to support the team effectively.
