We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Supervisor to join our team at Starbucks UK. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of baristas to deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead shifts and manage store operations to ensure seamless customer experience
- Coach and develop team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive business results and implement operational improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of coffee and food preparation, with a willingness to learn and develop skills
