Store Supervisor

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, managing a team of employees, and ensuring excellent customer service. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a passion for retail management.
**Duties**:
- Supervise and manage all aspects of store operations
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets
- Train and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management
- Create and maintain visual merchandising displays to enhance the store's appearance
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Implement company policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail management role is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in sales management and achieving targets
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and inventory management
