### Opportunity Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to lead our kitchen team in a vibrant food-led gastro pub in the Cotswolds. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.
### Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with our Head Chef to develop and implement menus that showcase the best of seasonal ingredients
* Lead a team of chefs to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality food presentation
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards
* Train and develop junior chefs to enhance their skills and knowledge
