Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead the execution of complex projects, ensuring adherence to budgets and technical standards. Supervise the technical delivery across multiple initiatives, ensuring timely and precise outcomes.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide expert knowledge throughout all project phases, from feasibility assessments to detailed design and technical specifications.
  • Quality Assurance: Guarantee compliance with relevant standards and regulations, offering technical insights for interdisciplinary studies.
  • Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to define project scopes, develop pricing proposals, and communicate progress effectively. Work alongside Project Managers and Lead Design Engineers to address challenges and deliver community benefits.
  • Mentorship: Foster the growth of junior team members and take on line management responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Are You Ready to Innovate?

We are looking for candidates with:
  • Extensive experience in the water sector at a Principal level, preferably with knowledge of UK&I standards.
  • Proven expertise in designing and managing water and wastewater infrastructure projects from inception to construction.
  • Chartered or Incorporated status with a relevant institution or actively pursuing it.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification, or substantial relevant experience.
