We are working with a manufacturing company to find a highly skilled HSE Manager to join their team in Coleshill, Birmingham.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will report to the Plant Manager and work closely with the Head of HSE and the wider EHS team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Guiding and influencing Operational Management to maintain high standards and promote a positive culture and safe working practices.
  • Managing the Integrated Management System (IMS) and processes to ensure compliance with legislation and internal policies.
  • Leading internal and external audits and proactive SHE improvement activities.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a NEBOSH Certificate.
  • Experience in a manufacturing business, preferably with experience setting up a new factory from a compliance and cultural perspective.
  • Strong influencing and relationship-building skills, with the ability to drive cultural and behavioral change.
