We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our Construction team in the Retford/Mansfield area.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the safe management of all operational activities on our projects, ensuring HSQE, programme, and budget requirements are met.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring all works are undertaken with due regard to the needs of the local population and the travelling public.
- Managing, supervising, and mentoring the site team to achieve project goals.
- Adopting and maintaining cost-conscious management through efficient use of resources.
- Preparing, reviewing, and updating realistic scheme programmes.
- Ensuring method statements and risk assessments are prepared, reviewed, briefed, and updated.
- Providing 'as constructed' records to the CDMC for inclusion in the Health and Safety File in a timely manner.
- Attending training associated with site management duties, including appointed person and temporary works.
