Position Overview

We are looking for a **Senior CRM Analyst** to support our esteemed client in enhancing their marketing initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to the execution of diverse marketing campaigns across various platforms, including direct mail, email, push notifications, and SMS. Your analytical skills will be crucial in refining customer targeting strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement multi-channel campaign selections aligned with customer and marketing objectives.
  • Design and oversee customer journeys utilizing our CRM system.
  • Ensure accurate configuration of promotional codes prior to customer distribution.
  • Enhance and maintain data integrations between marketing automation tools.
  • Provide timely and precise analytics to assess the success of marketing campaigns across all direct communication channels.
  • Identify opportunities for improved customer targeting through data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams to elevate customer experience and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Manage your workload effectively to adhere to deadlines.

Required Experience:

  • Practical experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms; familiarity with Adobe Campaign is advantageous.
  • Proficient SQL skills and experience in managing marketing databases.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong numerical skills and a comprehensive understanding of data.
  • A proactive and innovative mindset for addressing business challenges.
  • Confidence in making commercial recommendations based on analytical insights.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of articulating ideas clearly in both verbal and written forms.
  • Commercial awareness and a positive attitude towards teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce.
