Drive Performance and Development at Lotus UK Manufacturing

Lotus Cars Limited, the UK-based manufacturing site, is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Performance and Development function. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in driving organisational transformation and ensuring the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute long-term OD strategies aligned with the Lotus vision and mission, supporting HR operations with long-term workforce planning.
  • Enable delivery of HR analytics for all areas of responsibility to help shape and drive business strategy.
  • Lead change management initiatives to drive organisational transformation and ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Develop communication plans and training programmes to support change initiatives.
  • Design and develop performance management systems that combine organisational, team, and individual performance in line with business characteristics.
  • Implement targeted talent development programs, online learning, and compulsory training to ensure all employees have the skills and capabilities required to deliver their roles and grow aligned to our business strategy.
  • Partner with HR Operations to identify talent gaps and succession planning strategies.
  • Support best-in-class Early Careers and Outreach programmes, diversity and inclusion, wellness, and US Lot community initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver resource plans through effective recruitment processes, including technology platforms, EVP, online, and social media approaches.
  • Identify and build future talent pipelines.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Organisational Development, HR, Business Admin, or related field.
  • Experience in the automotive industry.
  • Proven experience in organisational development and change management/transformation in a rapidly moving industry sector/organisation.
  • Extensive experience with HR technologies, ideally SAP Success Factors.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Familiar with OD methodologies, assessment tools, and performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of legal requirements for OD, recruitment, diversity, and people.
