Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deployment Service Delivery Team Leader to join our team at Allwyn UK. As a key member of our deployment team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of our deployment services to retailers and ensuring that our customers receive excellent service.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successful deployment projects from start to finish and experience of leading small teams/functions with a multi-skilled skill set. You will be responsible for:

  • Performance & Quality
    • Identify, recommend, and build processes and procedures within the deployment delivery framework to optimize productivity and enhance the quality of outcomes.
    • Lead team members to act and implement relevant solutions to further optimize deployment delivery.
    • Foster strong relationships between project teams and relevant third parties to improve communication, leading to progress against projects.
    • Optimize the use of the Deployment Management System (Site Tracker) to ensure delivery of the retailer interaction model and quality survey data.
  • Implementation of Deployment Software
    • Work closely with our data architecture teams and third-party project teams to ensure build and test phases are well considered and go-live of this software package aligns to the deployment milestones.
    • Support on the delivery requirements of deployment software, ensuring deployment delivery requirements are central to the software build.
  • Team Coordination
    • Lead and develop team agents and foster a growth mindset across direct reports that in turn encourages a strong environment for development and progression.
    • Support cross-functional teams of specialists from a pool of internal and external workstreams.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the deployment planning process.
  • Risk Management
    • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Proactively address issues that may arise during the deployment planning process.
    • Work closely with our Enhanced Service Manager to ensure operational considerations are well planned and aligned to our retailer comms/engagement plans.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Work closely with Data Analyst to regularly prepare progress reports on Deployment Project Teams delivery. Present storyboards and take ownership for service delivery performance, incidents, and retailer expectations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience and a track record of successful deployment projects from start to finish.
  • Experience of leading small teams/functions with a multi-skilled skill set.
  • Experience of delivering KPIs/SLAs through their teams.
  • Experience in customer services excellence, with a clear focus on providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience in working collaboratively with internal and external team members while bringing the outside in in terms of knowledge and third-party specialists.
