Our hair extensions, aftercare products, and electrical stylers have earned recognition among the beauty press and on the red carpet.

We operate internationally, serving both salon professionals and consumers directly. Our company is owned by a Beauty Industry Group based in Salt Lake City and holds the largest share of the hair extensions market worldwide.

Job Summary

The Field Account Executive will be responsible for achieving business goals within their assigned geographical area. This role requires business acumen to maintain and develop plans for the direct sale of Beauty Works Professional products, generate a strong lead list of professional salon prospects, and strive for new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel daily, visiting 8-9 salons per day, with overnight stays when required.
  • Effectively manage a journey plan, calling on existing and prospect accounts.
  • Manage accounts at all levels, implementing promotional and marketing materials.
  • Work closely with the Education Team to ensure all salons are supported by education.
  • Represent the brand at professional trade shows.
  • Follow up all incoming leads with a salon visit.
  • All new accounts are opened by the Field Account Executive with an order.
  • Maintain an active prospect list of both warm and cold prospects.
  • Create strong and trustworthy business relationships.
  • Know customer profiles and transmit customer-centricity.
  • Manage complexity and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Achieve results with integrity.
  • Interact at all levels effectively.
  • Build deep customer intelligence and data.
  • Network strongly across Professional Salons.
  • Monitor and report all accounts performances against the plan/growth.
  • Build and nurture internal and external business relationships.
  • Liaise with internal departments while working remotely.
  • Reply and action queries/tasks in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Previous on-the-road sales experience is essential.
  • Background from the hair and beauty industry is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Exceptional time management.
  • Ability to gain and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with Salesforce, Forecasting Trackers, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Email.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strategic thinking with excellent analytical skills.
  • Results-driven to achieve individual and team targets across all sectors of the business.
