Le candidat retenu aura une expérience dans le soutien au développement physique, émotionnel et éducatif des élèves. Les responsabilités supplémentaires incluront des tâches administratives pour soutenir les enfants et le personnel enseignant.

Critères Essentiels

Engagement envers la protection et le bien-être de tous les élèves, ainsi que la promotion de l'égalité des opportunités.

Niveau d'éducation suffisant pour soutenir le Responsable du Comportement dans l'accompagnement des élèves ayant des comportements complexes.

Excellentes compétences d'écoute et d'empathie envers les élèves.

Possession d'une qualification reconnue de niveau 3, ou, si non qualifié, volonté de suivre la formation nécessaire.

Critères Souhaitables

Expérience en conseil (formel ou informel) avec des jeunes et/ou leurs familles.

Connaissance des rôles et responsabilités liés à la prise en charge et au soutien des élèves.

Compréhension des comportements complexes.

Expérience dans la protection et le bien-être des enfants.
