- Confidence in ability to learn and implement behaviour management techniques.
- Ability to mentor and engage with students.
- Resilience, empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
- Willingness to apply or be registered on the DBS Update Service.
