Role Overview

As a Regional Health and Safety Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our workforce and compliance with all relevant safety standards. You will work closely with our operations teams across multiple construction sites to foster a culture of safety and prevent accidents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate effectively with operations teams and client representatives to implement and maintain robust health and safety protocols.
  • Participate actively in client health and safety meetings, providing expert guidance and insights.
  • Provide comprehensive support to site teams on all aspects of health and safety, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of safe systems of work, identifying potential hazards and recommending improvements.
  • Perform regular workplace inspections to assess compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Manage day-to-day health and safety activities on site, addressing any concerns or incidents promptly.
  • Investigate accidents thoroughly and effectively, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Coordinate and deliver essential training programs for staff on various health and safety topics.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in the construction industry, demonstrating a thorough understanding of relevant regulations and best practices.
  • Proficiency in IT and report writing, ensuring accurate documentation and clear communication.
