Thorn Baker Group, a prominent name in the construction industry recognized for excellence and innovation, is in search of a Regional Health and Safety Manager to supervise various construction projects across the Midlands region. Collaborating closely with our operational teams, you will ensure adherence to safety regulations and organizational policies.

As the preferred candidate, you should be a devoted Health & Safety expert with outstanding organizational abilities and a client-centered mindset. In this capacity, you will engage with operational teams, perform site evaluations, and oversee on-site occupational health matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with operational teams and client representatives Participate in client health and safety meetings Assist site teams with health and safety considerations Evaluate safe work systems Carry out workplace assessments Manage daily health and safety operations on-site Conduct investigations into incidents Organize training sessions for personnel

Essential Qualifications:

Strong passion for Health & Safety Excellent communication skills Background in the construction industry Competent in IT and report generation
