Regional Health and Safety Manager - Midlands Coverage

We are seeking a dedicated Health & Safety professional to join our team at Thorn Baker Recruitment Ltd. As a Regional Health and Safety Manager, you will be responsible for providing ongoing regional HSE support to multiple construction sites in the Midlands region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HSE support to construction sites in the Midlands region
  • Work closely with operations teams and external H&S partners to drive HSEQ initiatives
  • Monitor site safety performance and ensure compliance with ISO45001 Safety, Quality, and Environment Management systems
  • Liaise with the wider operations team and other client team members
  • Attend client H&S meetings and support site teams with all H&S aspects
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent
  • CSCS Professional Card
  • First aid trained
