Role Objectives:

The position of International Accounts Executive is an excellent opportunity to gain essential experience with the potential for advancement into Account Management. Reporting directly to the International Channel Controller, you will assist in driving sales growth across our International, Grocery, and Pharmacy sectors by implementing effective customer sales strategies. While the role is primarily office-based, you will also have opportunities for in-person customer interactions, store evaluations, and managing select UK and Export accounts. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer profit and loss statements, developing and aligning joint business strategies to enhance sales.
  • Tracking investment expenditures against budgets.
  • Executing customer demand forecasting.
  • Overseeing international product launches, updates, and regulatory inquiries, including managing internal processes to facilitate these activities.
  • Handling customer account management and internal administrative tasks.
  • Compiling sales performance reviews, inventory reports, and extracting data from retailer systems.
  • Collaborating with various internal departments such as Marketing, Export Logistics, Customer Experience, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure a seamless supply chain.
