Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Global Marketing Strategist to join our team at MET Marketing Recruitment. As an International Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies on a global scale, working with in-region employees or external distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company's overall objectives, working with in-region employees or external distributors.
  • Liaise with and hold distributor networks accountable for their marketing activity, ensuring that they are meeting their sales and marketing targets.
  • Work with smaller-scale distributors to develop starter marketing strategies, providing ongoing guidance and support as needed.
  • Contribute to the development of positive relationships between distributors and local key opinion leaders, professional associations, and advocacy groups.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure that key markets have the necessary collateral, including graphic designers, translation agencies, and event teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an autonomous marketing role, ideally within the medical industry.
  • Appreciation of marketing through distributors and marketing to support field sales functions.
  • Understanding of marketing in international markets.
  • Confident communicator of ideas and strategy, with a proven track record of collaborating with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent project and account management skills.
  • Ability to work with distributor networks on a global scale.

What You'll Be Doing:

As an International Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies on a global scale, working with in-region employees or external distributors. You will liaise with and hold distributor networks accountable for their marketing activity, ensuring that they are meeting their sales and marketing targets.

You will work with smaller-scale distributors to develop starter marketing strategies, providing ongoing guidance and support as needed. Where You'll Be Based:

You will be based in our West Yorkshire office, with the requirement to attend the office 2 days a week. You will need to commute by car, with the office accessible from Leeds, Manchester, Wakefield, Bradford, and Huddersfield.

This is a full-time 5-day per week role, with flexibility over start and finish times to suit.
