About the Role

We are seeking an experienced International Marketing Manager to join our team at MET Marketing Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing global marketing strategies to drive business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to support business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Liaise with distributors and in-region employees to execute marketing plans and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Work with smaller-scale distributors to develop starter marketing strategies and provide ongoing guidance and support.
  • Contribute to the development of positive relationships with local key opinion leaders, professional associations, and advocacy groups.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure key markets have the necessary collateral, including graphic designers, translation agencies, and event teams.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an autonomous marketing role, preferably within the medical industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing through distributors and marketing to support field sales functions.
  • Excellent project and account management skills, with the ability to work with distributor networks on a global scale.
  • Confident communicator of ideas and strategy, with a proven track record of collaborating with key stakeholders.
